Active Meditations
The basic objective of all types of meditation is to get in touch with oneself, with the inner silence from which all our energy come from. Under the current living conditions have changed much more dynamic systems and energy, many of the techniques of passive self-observation (meditation) may be more difficult to run by people today.
So here we practice various techniques of active meditation that might facilitate their learning and regular practice to people today. Some were created or re-adapted by Osho and his meditations Dynamic, Kundalini, Nadabrahma, No Dimensions, Vispassana, Whirling. We also practice Tai-Chi, a Chinese active meditation but in his abridged version of 24 steps. So simple a labyrinth walk, or sit silently in our gardens, they all can serve to bridge the inside, as you identify yourself feel better with any of them.
Just remember that to truly incorporate any method of meditation, it is suggested that you practice at least 3 months before deciding if it really brings you. Periodically we will be changing the methods to be able to go experimenting from various systems.
